欢迎使用 Symbix（以下简称"我们"、"本应用"或"Symbix"）。我们非常重视您的隐私，并致力于保护您的个人数据。本隐私政策说明了当您使用我们的移动应用程序及相关服务时，我们如何收集、使用、共享和保护您的信息。

1. 我们收集哪些信息？

为了向您提供 AI 社交与交互服务，我们在您使用过程中可能会收集以下类型的数据：

• 账户信息：当您注册时，我们可能会收集您的用户名、电子邮件地址及个人资料照片（如果提供）。密码以不可逆哈希形式存储，我们无法获取您的原始密码。
• 用户生成的内容：包括您与 AI 角色之间的聊天记录、互动历史、您创建或分享的动态、记忆数据以及图片信息。
• 设备与技术信息：包括您的设备型号、操作系统版本、IP 地址以及崩溃日志。
• 使用数据：您在应用内的交互行为、功能访问频率及偏好设置，以用于优化体验。
• 推送通知标识符：如果您开启了推送通知，我们会收集设备的推送标识符（Push Token），仅用于向您推送消息通知。

2. 我们如何使用您的信息？

• 提供核心功能：支持您与 AI 角色的对话连贯性，构建个性化的长期记忆，并提供动态 Feed 浏览。
• 服务改进与优化：基于无特定个人身份特征的聚合数据，提升应用性能，修复 Bug，并优化 AI 模型的响应质量。
• 安全与风险控制：检测并防止欺诈行为、滥用以及违反我们的服务条款的活动。

3. 信息的存储与保护

Symbix 的核心服务器位于日本东京。为实现 AI 回复生成、语音通话、AI 形象/图片生成、崩溃监控、消息推送等功能，我们会在最小必要范围内将相关数据委托给第三方服务商处理，包括 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、阿里云 DashScope（通义千问）、fal.ai 等第三方 AI 服务商。首次使用 AI 功能前，我们会在应用内征得您的同意。相关传输通过标准合同条款（SCC）及数据处理协议（DPA）约束，这些服务商须提供与本政策同等的数据保护，不会将您的对话内容用于训练其基础模型，我们亦不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。调用上述第三方 AI 服务时，相关数据可能在美国、新加坡等服务商所在地区处理。

对话数据将用于为您构建 AI 长期记忆。您可以在单个 AI 的设置中清除与该 AI 的对话历史，或通过"设置 → 账户 → 删除账号"一次性永久删除账号下的所有数据。

4. 数据的管理与删除

苹果 App Store 及相关隐私法律要求我们为您提供简单明确的数据删除权：

• 注销账号与数据删除： 您可以通过应用内 "设置 (Settings) → 账户 (Account) → 删除账号 (Delete Account)" 功能注销账号。一经执行，将彻底并永久删除您的账号及所有相关联的个人数据（包括聊天记录与记忆）。

5. 儿童/未成年人隐私保护

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。我们的产品和服务仅面向 16 岁及以上的用户。注册使用本应用即表示您确认已满 16 周岁（或达到您所在国家/地区规定的数字同意年龄）。

我们将不会主动获取、处理或请求未成年人的个人数据。如果我们发现（或有监护人向我们举报）我们在未获得有效家长同意的情况下收集了未满 16 岁儿童的个人信息，我们将采取一切合理措施，尽快删除该等数据，并注销相关账号。监护人如需请求删除未成年人数据，可发送邮件至 support@symbix.ai。

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Symbix ("we," "our," or "Symbix"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

• Account Information: Username, email address, and profile picture (if provided) when you register. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; we cannot access your original password.
• User-Generated Content: Chat logs with AI characters, interactions, feed posts, memory records, and images.
• Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, IP address, and crash logs.
• Usage Data: In-app interactions and preferences to optimize your experience.
• Push Notification Identifiers: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push token solely for delivering message notifications.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

• Core Features: Maintaining coherent conversations with AI, building long-term memory, and providing social feeds.
• Improvement & Optimization: Enhancing performance, fixing bugs, and optimizing AI responses based on aggregated data.
• Safety & Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and terms of service violations.

3. Information Storage and Protection

Symbix's core servers are hosted in Tokyo, Japan. To enable features such as AI response generation, voice calls, AI avatar/image generation, crash monitoring, and push notifications, we entrust the relevant data, within a strictly minimal and necessary scope, to third-party providers — including the third-party AI services OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Qwen), and fal.ai. We obtain your consent in-app before you first use an AI feature. Such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA); these providers are required to offer protection equivalent to this policy, do not use your conversation content to train their foundational models, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party. When these third-party AI services are called, the relevant data may be processed in the regions where those providers operate, such as the United States and Singapore.

Conversation data is used to build long-term memory for the AI. You can clear your conversation history with a specific AI from that AI's settings, or permanently delete all data associated with your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

4. Data Management and Deletion

You have the right to control your personal data:

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (including chat logs and memories) at any time by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to users who are 16 years of age or older. By registering for and using this application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement (or the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect or request personal data from individuals under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information without valid parental consent, we will take immediate and reasonable steps to delete the data and terminate the account. Parents or guardians who need to request the deletion of a minor's data may email support@symbix.ai.

• アカウント情報：登録時に提供されるユーザー名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像。パスワードは不可逆ハッシュ（一方向ハッシュ）として保存されるため、当社が元のパスワードを取得することはできません。
• ユーザー生成コンテンツ：AIキャラクターとのチャット履歴、インタラクション、投稿、記憶データ、画像情報。
• デバイス・技術情報：デバイスのモデル、OSバージョン、IPアドレス、クラッシュログ。
• 利用データ：アプリ内の操作や設定などのデータ（体験向上のために利用）。
• プッシュ通知識別子：プッシュ通知を有効にした場合、メッセージ通知の配信のみに使用するデバイスのプッシュトークンを収集します。

2. 情報の利用目的

• コア機能の提供：AIキャラクターとの自然な会話の継続、長期記憶の構築、ソーシャルフィードの提供。
• サービスの改善・最適化：アプリのパフォーマンス向上、バグの修正、AIモデルの応答品質の最適化。
• 安全性とセキュリティ：不正行為の検出・防止、および利用規約違反の防止。

3. 情報の保存と保護

Symbixのコアサーバーは日本・東京に設置されています。AI応答の生成、音声通話、AIアバター・画像生成、クラッシュ監視、プッシュ通知などの機能を提供するため、当社は必要最小限の範囲で、関連データを第三者プロバイダー（OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、アリババクラウド DashScope（通義千問）、fal.ai などのサードパーティAIサービスを含む）に委託して処理します。AI機能を初めて利用する前に、アプリ内で同意を求めます。これらの移転は標準契約条項（SCC）およびデータ処理契約（DPA）により保護され、各プロバイダーは本ポリシーと同等の保護を提供し、お客様の会話内容を基盤モデルの学習に使用することはなく、当社がお客様の個人情報を第三者に販売することも一切ありません。これらのサードパーティAIサービスを呼び出す際、該当データは米国、シンガポールなど各プロバイダーの所在地域で処理される場合があります。

会話データはAIの長期記憶の構築に使用されます。各AIの設定画面から当該AIとの会話履歴を削除できるほか、「設定 → アカウント → アカウント削除」からアカウントに関連するすべてのデータを完全に削除することもできます。

4. データの管理と削除

ユーザーはご自身のデータに対して以下の権利を有します：

• アカウント削除：アプリ内の 「設定 (Settings) → アカウント (Account) → アカウント削除 (Delete Account)」から、ご自身のアカウントおよび全ての関連個人データ（チャット履歴や記憶を含む）をいつでも完全に削除することができます。

5. 子供のプライバシー

当社のサービスは、16歳以上のユーザーのみを対象としています。本アプリケーションに登録し利用することにより、16歳（またはお住まいの地域のデジタル同意年齢）以上であることを確認したものとみなされます。

当社は、16歳未満の個人から意図的に個人データを収集することはありません。保護者の同意なく当該データが収集されたことが判明した場合は、直ちにデータを削除し、アカウントを停止する措置を講じます。保護者の方が未成年者のデータ削除を要請される場合は、support@symbix.ai までメールでご連絡ください。
